I have a very small front yard, as you can see in the photo, and I hired Legacy Lawn Care to address a brown patch and to achieve a more lush, healthy lawn overall. Because of my small yard size, I’m billed the minimum rate of $45 per treatment.
Unfortunately, since beginning their service, my lawn has declined significantly and is now being overrun with crabgrass—an issue I did not have before. I water daily (as per their advise) throughout the summer and mow about every 10 days, so I’ve been diligent with maintenance.
